What You’ll Do
You’ll wear the crown of command over all things business ops. If it touches sales, installs, systems, or team accountability—it’s in your arena. We need a battlefield general who thrives under pressure and builds high-output systems.
  • Lead and build the day-to-day business operations from the ground up
  • Manage and optimize the sales pipeline—driving performance, conversion, and revenue
  • Oversee install crews and field teams, ensuring projects are done right, on time, and profitably
  • Build processes where there are none—own SOPs, scheduling, reporting, and vendor coordination
  • Recruit, train, and manage key team members as the business scales
  • Track KPIs and performance—identify weak links and fix them fast
  • Be the go-to executor—when it hits the fan, you're the one who keeps things moving

  • Proven experience in operations, project management, or GM-level leadership (bonus if it’s in skilled trades, construction, or service industry)
