Position Summary

The Director oversees daily operations, sales performance, and overall business growth. This role ensures projects are executed efficiently, teams are aligned, and revenue targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage sales, field, and office teams 
  • Develop and execute growth strategies 
  • Monitor project performance, profitability, and timelines 
  • Establish pricing strategies and service standards 
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, safety, and insurance requirements 
  • Resolve escalated customer issues 
  • Track KPIs (revenue, close rates, job completion times, margins) 
  • Hire, train, and develop staff 
Qualifications

  • Experience in construction, fencing, or home improvement industry
